Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Parties

Seller: Bikups — Bahçeşehir 2nd Section Neighborhood, Rumeli Street, Vefalı Bizimkent Site, 34488 Başakşehir / Istanbul — +90 544 932 26 01 — hello@bikups.com.tr

Buyer: The customer placing the order (information specified in the order form).

2. Subject

The rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically from the seller's bikups.com.tr website by the buyer.

3. Product, Payment and Delivery

The main features of the product, sales price including taxes, and shipping cost are stated on the order page. Payment is made by credit/bank card or wire transfer/EFT. The product is delivered to the address specified by the buyer within the shipping times.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right of withdrawal without any reason within 14 days from the delivery date. The withdrawal notification can be made to hello@bikups.com.tr.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to the legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for products prepared in accordance with the buyer's requests or personal needs, which are produced specifically for them.Printed/personalized mugs, pillows, and similar products fall under this category. The right of withdrawal is valid for standard (non-personalized) products.

6. Return Conditions

For products where the right of withdrawal is valid, the product must be returned unused and in a resalable condition. Upon approval of the return, the amount will be refunded to your payment method within the legal time frame.

7. Dispute Resolution

In disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the buyer's place of residence are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
