Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return and exchange processes are explained below.

Right of Withdrawal

For standard (non-personalized) products, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date. The product must be unused and in resalable condition.

Personalized Products

According to regulations, there is no right of withdrawal or return for personalized/printed products (mugs, pillows, etc.). Therefore, we kindly ask you to check your design carefully before approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible at hello@bikups.com.tr with a photo; we will provide a free exchange or return.

Return Process

The amount for approved returns will be refunded to your payment method within the legal timeframe.
